Just spoke to [CSA Removed] and she said this..
As it is out of the standard lead time, I'm going to send this off as a priority to be looked in to.
Will report back if and when I get contacted.

We had an email asking when would be best for an engineer to visit us, initially after 4 days of running checks on our line they admitted a fault was found, then when asking for times for an engineer to visit us they said no fault was found and if it was an internal problem we would be charged £50, several hours later our connection cane back to what it should be. However yesterday we struggled to get 20mb download, this morning I can not connect at all, with pages just trying to load up. I have reset the router and no change. Also done a noise test on our phone. I have had to send this message via my mobile phone as as I can not connect via pc/laptop at all now.
