Download Speed 44.6 but Upload only 3.3

Hi all,

I'm getting download speeds close to those suggested by BTW but my upload speeds are significantly slower.

Any ideas? Is the problem likely to be my end?

Difficult to say, what’s your setup like? Is your router plugged into the master socket? 

Post up a copy of your router stats by going to the Troubleshooting tab at 192.168.1.254 which may give a bit of insight into the problem
