Downgrading Fibre Broadband

Hi.
I am on the phone and broadband package and at present, I am on unlimited fibre extra.  I wish to downgrade my fibre to unlimited fibre and I don't know how to do this?
I have been to product change and cannot get anywhere with it - there are no other options available and no options for downgrading.
What do I do and how do I change, downgrade?

I had to telephone in to downgrade mine, that's probably your quickest and easiest option.
