Downgrade to UL Fibre

I'd like to downgrade from Fibre Extra to the standard Fibre product. As I was previously on the 40/2 package though, can I just confirm that I'd now be switched to 40/10 after downgrading? And presumably there's still no possibility of opting for the 55/10 package?

That's correct, if you were to downgrade you would be switched on to the 40/10 fibre product

Sorry, having marked this as resolved, one more question please Smiley

 

When I try to change my product in the member centre, there are no other options apart from Fibre Extra. Is there a mandatory period before I can switch product again? I can't remember when I last switched now.
