Double Dissapointment?

My fibre broadband was due to go live on 24/01 but is still offline (dissapointment 1). When I went to the Plusnet site earlier to check the status I noticed you now have a £50 cashback offer for the exact same contract I have recently signed up to (dissapointment 2). Not only do I not have broadband yet but I also missed out on the cashback. :-(

 

(I know it's a long shot but as my broadband has not yet gone live is the any way I could be eligible for the cashback offer?)

Are you still in your 14 day cancellation/cooling off period?
