I had my phone line installed and set up with Plusnet Hub One on Friday. I can see the broadband connection is strong but I can’t seem to connect for longer than two minutes at a time. It just disconnects.
Sometimes it brings up the Plusnet Hub page on my phone or television when I initially connect and then it disconnects.
I’ve checked and my username is still setup@plusnet.dsl so I don’t think it has been activated properly? My internet should’ve went live at midnight on 03/10.
Can anyone help?
