Domain Registration

Having paid the premium price to register a domain through Plusnet I am still waiting 12 days later. Support can't tell me why it is beyond plusnet to register a domain name, my ticket is sitting there untended and lonely.

Has anyone else had issues like this and what did you do to resolve them.

Any idea how long this domain will take to appear in the management portal Chris?
