My broadband speed dropped recently from 28-29 mbps to 22 mbps but worse is uploads. Dropped from 3.5mb/s to 1.5 mbps Could it be because of hot weather or sum settings was changed when i renewed my fibre broadband contract?

It is possible.  FTTC is only fibre to the cabinet.  It is then copper from the cabinet to your premises.  It's possible that the heat is affecting a joint on your copper line which has caused the drop.  It may be worth going through the troubleshooting and raise a fault if needed.

Hi @dvigelis,

I'm sorry to hear that your speeds have dropped. I've tested your line but the test isn't picking up the cause of this issue.

Please can you follow the links that @pjmarsh has provided above to run through the troubleshooting guide and to raise a fault if the troubleshooting checks don't resolve this issue.
