Er...Tony ????
Or is there anyone there at Plusnet who has the authority to give that good old Yorkshire service and replace my faulty Technicolor modem for me?

I joined PlusNet fibre last week and the TG582N router was supplied.
Worked fine until I wanted to connect to my work systems via Cisco VPN (something I have done for many tears on ADSL with my Netgear router) .... HORRENDOUS.
Although it connected I couldn't access my Outlook mail or Intranet sites.
Spent a week trawling the internet looking for an answer .. raised a ticket ... not much help as obviously a non-standard issue, even tried configuring it via the Telnet commands ..
Solution - bought a TPLINK WDR3600. Connected it up, popped in the username & password, problem gone. TG582N probably OK for run of the mill browsing but it's now in the bin in this house as I work from home and it wouldn't let me do that.
