Does PlusNet Assign A Private WAN ?

I'm thinking of getting a non Plusnet router to troubleshoot my mother's fibre broadband problem of dropped connections.

The router I'm considering is the TP-Link TL-Link Archer VR400 V3 AC1200 Wireless MU-MIMO Dual Band VDSL/ADSL Modem Router which has remote management however, it says in the manual "If your ISP assigns a private WAN IP address (such as 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x), you cannot use the remote management feature because private addresses are not routed on the internet."

Does anyone know if PlusNet service assigns a "private WAN IP", I don't think they do because the current address starts 209:93:xx:xx ?

Thanks in advance.

Gary

Fix
No they don't, each connection has a public IP address.
