Hi, I have a Plusnet 2704N router for my current ADSL connection, I didn't realise at the time but when I ordered the upgrade to fibre they charged me for another Plusnet 2704N router? Is this correct? Thanks
Hi there, For simplicity, it's probably easier to get a new router. However, you can log into the advanced settings and make your existing one fibre compatible. Matty
