Do I need a DLM reset or do I just need to wait it out?

Hi all, recently had a problem with the phone line for around 10 days which was fixed today.  This caused my internet to drop to slower speeds, and after the fault has been fixed, my download is still on the same slow speed.  I do not believe they did a DLM reset like they usually do which is slightly annoying.  Am I going to have to wait for it to pick the speed to pick up again?  I rebooted Modem/Router to check they didn't need rebooting but that has not helped.

 

How long is it likely to take for DLM to increase again? 

 

I have (hopefully) attached some screenshots of BT speedtest/router stats and stuff

It's a case of waiting it out I'm afraid, we can't reset profiles on fibre lines remotely unfortunately.
