Do I have an install today or not

So today's my fibre install date. (Or at least it is according to emails I received last week)
- website claims phone has swapped over
- old broadband still working (so far)
- no sign of PlusNet router/hub
- website states the following
Your order is due to complete
The engineer appointment to install your broadband service is booked for %appointmentDate% between %appointmentStartTime% and %appointmentFinishTime%
I assume from other posts I've read here that I'm about to fall into a no broadband abyss...

Yes, confirmed with [Removed] via live chat this morning, although since you've only just (today) posted the router it will definitely be broadband abyss for me the next couple of days.  Undecided

I'm sorry about that, automation should have dispatched that in time to reach you by now so I'll make sure we look into that.
Please reply back here when you've received the router so that we can make sure you get refunded for the time between activation and you receiving the router.

Hub arrived today, plugged in, switched on, very straightforward.
