Disgusted !

Having been with plusnet for coming up two years (one year on fibre optic) What an absolute nightmare. We lost internet connection completely last week (again) , my son who relies on an online tutor due to disability was unable to complete lessons.

After being on hold for just over 2 hours , i get stung with a £64  phone bill , and still didn't get a reply from plusnet ...because they were busy !!! After finally getting through on online help today and explaining about my connection, had the window closed on me. Our internet we are dependant on for my sons education .

Shame on you plusnet !!

Not much use towards your £64 phone bill, but to avoid such costs in the future it might be worth saving the PlusNet customer services number in your phone, which is 0800 432 0200

Sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your broadband. As a first step, I'd recommend going through our troubleshooting guide here. However if you continue to experience problems after this, it would be best to raise a fault, so we can investigate further here.
