Many thanks can see the sync rate has increased. Much better for them.
Before:
Line sync at 11721k downstream with snr at 6.1db and 1131k upstream with snr at 5.9db
Now:
Line sync at 12866k downstream with snr at 3.1db and 1139k upstream with snr at 6.1db

Yes I agree. They are better off with unlimited fibre 40Meg cos they always watch bbci player, netflix streaming and video chat with me.

My parents line are expecting to switch from ADSL2+ to Unlimited Fibre tomorrow. FTTC due to be completed by tomorrow.

Updated: My parents line is now completed 40Meg Unlimited Fibre but couldn't get faster than 11Meg because the profile on plusnet side is still on ADSL2+ profile rate of 11.3Meg.

Happy to hear the order has completed.
That profile shouldn't have impact on their throughput, because they've provisioned on the dedicated network. I've just bumped it up anyways, mind rebooting the router and letting us know how it looks?

The speed are now picking up 37Meg throughput. But, my parents not happy about refunded of £3.22 for the loss of fibre between 6th July and 19th July. (work out 23p per day over 14 days period with no compensation at all with no fault of their own). Happy with fibre re-activated but not happy with no compensation from PN. Can't believe that. They should deserved a compensation pay out.
