Disconnects after playing D3 / download speeds lowered by 20meg in a year
I've gone through all the correct channels
waited patiently on hold for 30mins plus to speak to an adviser
I've even had openreach to my house...
NOTHING has changed the fact i'm worse off connection wise should be enough
but I feel an open forum where people can see issues might be my last port of call.
last year I was getting a nice steady connection, now I can't stream without it buffering
I can't play D3 without my router bouncing offline, I've purchased a new cat5e modem cable which is connected DIRECLY to my master and that hasn't helped.
openreach has supposedly changed a faulty port in my local cabinet and now it's worse.
each time I've been told that my line is "within limits" but being disconnected while playing an online game & being 20meg download speeds worse off is fine with you, it's not with me. nothing seems to be getting done, i just feel like I'm being fobbed off because I'm still paying my monthly bill
and to rub salt in the wounds new members get a cheaper deal than what I'm paying.
