Disconnection error. Awaiting info.

Hi, I started the process of moving house and informed Plusnet, who arranged an engineer visit to transfer my service on 3rd July. There was a hold-up with the move, which I informed Plusnet of, who then pushed the engineer visit date back to 13th July. However, my broadband was still disconnected last Friday! My wife and I work from home and need our Internet access reestablished as soon as possible. Can you contact me with a date for this week that this will be completed please? I appreciate these errors happen but I'm not prepared to wait much longer over something that was not my fault. Please ensure I am contacted today. Thank you.
