Disconnection / Stability issues

We transferred to plusnet fibre from sky about 1 month ago, all was ok(apart from 1-2 disconnects which is acceptable) until Friday gone(11th). Since then it has been off for long periods(an hour at a time), has disconnected maybe 2-300 times, d/l speed going from 8mb to 23mb, it was a stable 38-40mb before Friday.

 

In it's present state it is unusable, I waited a few days just to see if it sorted itself out but it is now at a point where I cannot do much except browse.

 

I have changed the filter/wires/router(x2 brand new). Still the same. Tried to phone, got cut off twice after a long wait so decided to try posting here.

Sorry to hear you're having connection problems

It looks like an engineer went out earlier today and fixed a few problems

Can you let us know how your connection looks over the next few days?
