Disconnecting Router

I'm getting frequent disconnections of my fibre service where the router seems to disconnect at random and take a few minutes to reconnect. This has happened in both the regular socket we use and when moving the router to the test socket. I logged a fault on Monday but despite replying haven't heard anything since, can someone please take a look? Happy to post logs etc if needed.

Hi there.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing connection problems.

Our tests aren't finding the cause of the drops so it looks like we'll need to arrange an engineer visit.

I'll update your fault ticket 173018446 shortly.
