Disconnected tonight

Lost connection for about 20 minutes around 01:00 18/9/2018, could a member of Plusnet please check in to this for me as to the cause? I wasn't able to see any outages or work online.

There was planned overnight maintenance on the following area codes around that time :- 01252 01276 01347 01759 01904 are you on any of those? There may well have been other work going on in other areas. I don't think PlusNet will be able to tell you much about it.

I can see the drop you are referring to on your RADIUS log.

 

 

I'm afraid @RealAleMadrid is correct when he says: 

 

 

I don't think PlusNet will be able to tell you much about it.

I'm afraid that diagnosing a prior occurrence of this issue would be rather difficult. 

 

The good news is it looks to have been an isolated issue with no reoccurring drops in connection.

Sorry to hear that.

Our tests aren't showing any cause for this I'm afraid.

I'd recommend monitoring the connection further and if the drops continue raising a fault here
