Disconnected playing D3

So i've been playing Diablo all this evening, watching streamers on twitch etc...

 

suddenly i lose my connection...

It was saying wrong password, So i reset my password and reconnected

then my router did the same thing again and i went to PN website on my mobile

and my password reverted back to my old one....

 

So i reset "again" after 30 mins I've finally connected but my UPLOAD and download speeds have been drastically hit

I'm down to 40 & 10 this is not good enough for what I'm using my fibre for.... can you reset me please?

this happened on a wholesale check, my router keeps DCing and my password isn't remembered

this is clearly a hardware issue/plusnet issue and not a line issue , I want my line speed back damn it I'm paying for ithmmmm.png

as you can see my estimated should be reasonable

but I get these kind of results...

so I assume the above is due to me not having fiber direct to my house or something ?

 

anyways i finally bagged a wholesale test and as you can see it's not impressive...

Hi there,

 

There isn't a reset we can run for a fibre connection as DLM (dynamic line management) is entirely automated.

 

It was saying wrong password, So i reset my password and reconnected

Can you send us a screengrab of this please as what you've described along with the drop in speeds sounds like a problem with connecting to WiFi.

 

If that does seem to be the case I'd advise running through the checks shown on this help page:

I'm connected via ethernet, my connection dropped this morning again saying wrong password

 

but the reconnect has upped me back to 60+ 20down

Any chance of a screengrab?

 

I'm a bit confused by that if you're connected over ethernet as that won't be coming from your router that error message.

ok so it keeps disconnecting... then the router flashed orange

That means that the router is losing synch when the connection drops.

 

It looks from your account like you've reported a fault with us already so please bear with us and our faults team will pick that up and deal with it ASAP.
