Disapppointed at no online support

Just moved to Fibre from normal Broadband with another supplier

Used plusnet in the past


Was very disappointed on switch over day there was no online support available

Waited forever on the phone

The hub had not been properly set-up


A poor start

Otherwise speeds are good, and have installed mesh networking in the house meaning we get good wifi anywhere
