Here is an interesting one- the 'Question' on my account which tracks all of the tests, conversations and undertakings from Plusnet regarding my poor and then non-existent broadband provision has now completely vanished from the record in 'My Questions'. It doesn't show under the 'closed' section anywhere either.
Has anyone seen this happen before?
