Disabled account

Hi,
My account was disabled due to a payment not being made on a separate connection in my house hold. This payment has now been
taken by Plusnet but my connection still has not been enabled? Could soneone take a look please.

I think there has been an error here. I've spoken to the team concerned, and all I can suggest here is that you look into ticket 101404148. You can see this here.
