Differing speeds
During the day on my laptop https://www.speedtest.net and https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ both show speeds around 66-68Mbps but https://broadbandtest.which.co.uk/ shows around 70+ Mbps. During midnight/early hours all three show around 70+Mbps
My partners Laptop, Ipad and Android phone show 70+ Mbps whatever the time of day.
Anyone have any idea why the speed on my laptop varies but my Partners doesn't?

Update ... a test done on https://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ shows the download speed higher than the 'Max Achievable Speed'?
