My PlusNet Line stopped working this afternoon, looks like I am getting a totally different Static IP.
I am getting a BT Broadband DNS Server Addresses.............62.6.38.125 ..................I gave up on LIVE Chat as the guy was so rude..........now trying phone and been hanging for almost 30mins!
HELP!!

Anyone from PlusNet who can help?
I've rang 4 times, tried web chat twice and NO ONE is helping or understanding the problem

I have a BT Engineer coming out.
Funny enough my line went down after seeing a BT Engineer in the cabinet at the end of my road but PlusNet don’t believe me or understand my issue

Hi there.
I'm sorry to see you're experiencing connection problems.
It looks like your line may be cross jumpered at the cabinet with another.
Unfortunately as our tests aren't showing an external issue the only way we'll be able to progress this as a fault with our suppliers is by arranging an engineer visit.
Let us know how it goes once they've been out.
