Dial up speeds at evening and weekends

On 40/10 typically achieve 34 down and 9 up.

Achieving 0.7 Mbps down and 1.5Mbps up at peak times. Ridiculous.

heres a directly wired test result (no other devices connected) from 20:00 on sat, better than the hideous speeds in the evenings the last few nights but still no where near what it should be http://www.speedtest.net/result/7108161585

@jjwils I can see you've reported a fault regarding this and our tests are now highlighting that there's a capacity issue.

Unfortunately the estimated fix date for this is the 13th of April and it isn't possible for us to move you to a part where there is capacity as the issue is affecting the entire exchange.

Why so long a wait for a fix? Every night less than 1mb down? Is this acceptable for 2 months?

PlusNet can not fix it, it's due to inadequate capacity at the exchange caused either by BT Openreach or Wholesale, not sure which. So you just have to be patient, they may fix it or maybe not.
