Degradation in service

Hi all,

When we originally upgraded to Plusnet Fibre Plus unlimited, we were achieving more or less what was advertised:

Phone exchange:
Estimated line speed:

Unfortunately, the reliability of the speed and connection speed has dropped significantly.

At 0711 this morning, it's showing as 50.76 Mb upload and 16.96 Mb download.

This falls even further in the evening, last night we could only achieve 20.36 Mb upload and 10.66 download.

I have reported this as a fault to Plusnet, but am very disappointed that an initially good service has diminished so much, despite no equipment change in our property.

What's going on?   I was happy to pay more for reliability and consistency, I don't seem to be getting either.

Your line is in sync below the estimates, this should be able to get fixed but is likely to require an engineer visit. Are you connected to the test socket?
