Date of broadband being transferred from BT??

Hi,

When I go to my account, then broadband section and order tracker, I get the following:

Step 5 - Activating your line

Broadband orders typically take a week to complete. Your broadband order should complete on {strCustActivationDate}. Please note that this date can sometimes change. We'll let you know if this happens.

================================

Clearly, there is a bug...

I believe it's around the 19th September, but it would be good to get confirmation somewhere.

Looks like the router still hasn't been shipped either ("We're preparing to order your Plusnet Hub One.")

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch.

From checking the account both your phone and broadband are due to transfer over on 21/09/2020. Your hardware was dispatched on 17/09/20 so this should be with you shortly if you've not received it already.
