Data usage stats missing from my account

Hello User name [Removed] My data usage stats seem to have dissappeared - this has been ongoing for some weeks (ie not an end of bill cycle etc). Wonder if one fo the PlusNet support team could take a look for me and work some magic. Cheers Alan

It has been a ongoing problem for some time
samsung 850evo 250gig , WD black 2 TB . Asus Phoebus sound ,
16 gig Avexir ram 2400 , water cooling Corsair H100i gtx ,
Corsair 750HXI Psu , Phanteks Enthoo pro case .

Hm - strange its been working for some years and then all of a sudden it stopped, Thanks for the heads up (I am not a frequent visitor to these forums) so had not spotted this was not uncommon. That said if you don't ask you dont get, so hopefully someone on the team might be able to work their magic and push some buttons or runs a script. Regards Alan

It's been a problem on and off for the last 3 years at least.
Surprised PN haven't placed an announcement on the page saying they know there is a problem by now.

I am quite amused by the above (whilst of course accepting it was done with the best of intentions).
Observations;
Perhaps most pertinently, If anyone does a reverse DNS lookup on my WAN IP address, by default PlusNet returns .... my account user name (not in my case as I have a different PTR specified)
My forum name is the same as my user name .... are we to delete this as well ?
How are support to assist with my query if they don't know who I am ? (assuming I don't wish to telephone)

Hi @Farrinaf with this being a public forum we try to limit information that can be used to identify a user for security reasons.
If a PN staff member required your information to identify your account then we would ask you to provide us with some details via private message.

I need this information to decide if I need to keep 'unlimited' or can switch to a cheaper plan come renewal time.
A cynic might conclude that it's convenient for you to keep people in the dark over their usage.

there isn't a cheaper plan from Plusnet as they are all unlimited as are the cheap alternatives from other suppliers

The reason I asked is because Sky are trying to get me to move to them. They are offering 25 GB / month for £20 or unlimited for £30.
