Data rate dropped

Hello,

Not trying to be too picky, but is there any reason why my data rate would drop couple meg below my max data rate? Previously these were both the same at around 60-63meg.

4. Board version: Plusnet Hub One
5. DSL uptime: 5 days, 18:18:39
6. Data rate: 14731 / 52526
7. Maximum data rate: 14731 / 61058
8. Noise margin: 6.0 / 7.7
9. Line attenuation: 23.4 / 20.0
10. Signal attenuation: 23.3 / 19.3

If more people in your area have recently switched from ADSL to Fibre this may explain why the Fibre speeds have slowed down a bit however they should still remain within the provided estimates.

If you notice any further issues with your speed, I'd recommend taking a look at our troubleshooting guide for broadband issues which can be found here.

If the above checks don't resolve the issue, you can report it to us as a fault at http://faults.plus.net

Please let us know how it goes so we can keep an eye on it.

Thanks,

Alex
