Daily dropouts

I have Fibre unlimited broadband and have great speeds however 2 or 3 times a day every connected unit drops out saying no internet access this is hard wired , wireless and a smart tv that is connected via network plugs. The drop lasts about 2 minutes and then works great not drop of connection shown in router and phone line is working during these drop outs while not the end of th world just plain annoying

Any ideas what to check next ?

I'd try disconnecting the homeplugs. Some of them have a webserver built in for configuration, and this can sometimes be the same IP address as the router.

Sorry to hear you're having connection issues. Line tests aren't identifying any problems.

I'd too recommend to try disconnecting the homeplugs, let us know how you get on.
