Hello
My router keeps on restarting and disconnecting on a daily basis (Have been a fibre customer for just over 2 months)

I am sure if you notify PN support they will look into this for you in some detail.
My own experience of moving to fibre is that it highlights the poor quality of old phone lines between the cabinet and the home. PN do the best they can with the lines available and after a test will contact Openreach for you.

This is the 4th time the router has rebooted today ! are these re-branded BT hubs this bad ? it is not a line issue as I get a max sync rate (The Fibre box is very close) the only thing I do not have connected is a physical land line phone.
Can anyone recommend another Router that is more stable ? I cannot have this disconnecting when in the middle of a conference call and I cannot spend 4 hours on hold to try and contact Plusnet support.
