DSL link down

Just got home from 2 weeks holiday, to find DSL link is down, cannot connect to plusnet servers at all. Have loads of work to do. First time this has happened in 9 years.

what to do?

Issue now fixed.

It seems Plusnet have changed their allowable characters in passwords recently, and my account which had a character which is not allowed anymore.
