DSL dropping out

Hello,

 

Ever since around the lockdown in the UK started in March I've had my line dropping out intermittently. The LED on the router goes red, orange B light comes up, 30-60 seconds later the router reconnects, flashing through red/orange/green lights. Some time later, anywhere from 15 minutes to hours or days it will drop again. Since then I've done a fair bit of debugging on my own:

1) tried a different router - that didn't help

2) tried both the master socket and the test socket - that didn't help

3) changed the cable going from wall to router - that didn't help

4) tried a different microfilter - that didn't help

 

The last 2-3 weeks have been stable but since around 11pm 21st May (yesterday) it started dropping out again. At this point I think there's nothing else I can check on my end here. Could someone from Plusnet please have a check?

Hi there @aursulis I have found an external fault that is impacting your service. I have raised it to our Suppliers and on your account here.
