DSL Connection Keeps Dropping

Hi,  Hope someone can help me, My broadband connection keeps dropping (see below for error), always the same error and has been happening for the last 2 months now, no changes have been made to start this that im aware of.

The connection lasts any where between 2-3 hrs to 5-6 mins and is starting to get a bit unusable at times especially with streaming.

I have logged a call with plusnet support and have been told as i said there was noise on the line i need to get an engineer out, the noise has been there for the past 12 months, the issue started about 2 months ago.

Anyone else having the same issue? offer any advice?

PS I have swapped out the Plusnet supplied Hub with an older BT one and i had the same issue there as well, so guessing its not a router issue.

Thanks Adam, really appreciate this. Hope it can be fixed. Have noticed that the speed has now also dropped, used to average about 14/15mb, today it hasn't gone above 7mb
