DNS system up the creek!?

As others are experiencing, I also can get on some websites but not on others. (Google is down for me.)
I normally use opendns, but that seems to be completely down and resolving nothing!
Google's DNS (8.8.8.8) is also very tempremental like plusnet's own DNS servers.
Hope these issues get sorted out fast! Been trying to figure it out since around 1:30AM
