DNS/Routing issues for the last 36 hours

Mine's got a lot worse since last night too but grass isn't always greener so i'm not one considering options.

Just wish they'd pull their finger out of their backsides and resolve it :- )

Just tried a VPN and now everything works, so clearly a routing issue in plusnets network.

Been getting stupid Xbox Live and Overwatch issues since the start of this weekend.   Suspect this is related to your issue.  Will contact Tech Support tomorrow.... But I'll be honest, I'm not hopeful of a resolution based on everyone elses experience.

Also tried using a VPN, it solved everything. l'll be phoning tech support first thing in the morning to escalate this again, they need to acknowledge they caused this issue around 2am on Friday the 8th of July and they need to resolve this..

Should respond that mine appears to have been something else.   I only noticed this morning after DLM kicked in, that yesterday I appeared to be suffering from a bout of REIN between the hours of 10:30 and 10pm.   (See below)

It cleared at 10pm all by itself but it had already triggered DLM.      Now I just have to wait for DLM to undo what it did this morning.

A few, but not all, of the people posting in this thread also seem to be on 51.6.x.x.

We're looking in to another issue at the moment that's starting to look related to this IP range.

Just a heads up that we're still in the process of investigating this. Not an issue on the back burner.

So we can investigate this further if possible can all affected do the following.

• A traceroute to portal.plus.net
• A traceroute to the affected service if possible. For Xbox and Playstation users a website such as www.xbox.com or www.playstation.com be fine

Once you've done that please copy and paste the results and reply to this thread.
