Re: DNS Issues?

I've just pushed the update again to your device and it definitely looks to have been accepted. Might be worth rebooting your machine to clear the local DNS cache.

Re: DNS Issues?

I've tried pushing the config update again. Assuming the serial number of your router ends 'E7W' then it should have been accepted.
If you're still having problems, then it would be useful to see a traceroute from a command line to the site you're having difficulties accessing, e.g:
>tracert mail.live.com
Tracing route to dispatch.kahuna.glbdns2.microsoft.com [157.56.198.220]
over a maximum of 30 hops:
 1     5 ms     4 ms     3 ms  home.gateway [192.168.1.254]
 2    13 ms    12 ms    12 ms  195.166.130.216
 3    12 ms    12 ms    13 ms  link1-central10.pcl-ag07.plus.net [84.93.249.193]
 4    13 ms    13 ms    13 ms  igblmdistc7504.uk.msft.net [195.66.224.140]
 5    25 ms    24 ms    23 ms  104.44.9.154
 6    24 ms    25 ms    25 ms  104.44.5.4
 7     *        *        *     Request timed out.
 8    26 ms    27 ms    23 ms  ae1-0.db3-96c-3b.ntwk.msn.net [204.152.141.91]
 9     *        *        *     Request timed out.
10     *        *        *     Request timed out.
11     *        *        *     Request timed out.
12     *        *        *     Request timed out.
13    22 ms    23 ms    23 ms  origin.du131w.dub131.mail.live.com [157.56.198.220]
Trace complete.

Re: DNS Issues?

Thanks for trying Bob but while things are a bit better I still randomly get things like "The connection was reset" pages. Sad

Re: DNS Issues?

Can't see anything wrong with your connection. You're using a Windows 8 or 10 machine I'm assuming?

Hello Bob!
I think I'm experiencing the same problems. Now and then websites will part load or won't load at all. Can you try and check mine please.
