I've raised a ticket on this, but its driving me mad. I can barely use the internet. for a while now, graphics have been slow to load, or not loading at all after a connection, but now i'm continually getting dns errors on all my devices. I also note that plusnet primary DNS are not the settings i end up with, im passed the alternate settings, I imagine thats a router issue.
Ive changed my laptop to PlusnetPrimary & Google DNS servers with no joy. Allocating static IPs and DNS settings on my android devices doesnt work at all. - Clearly theres something else amiss.
A most frustrating day, given that I cant even get a mobile data signal (Vodafone, O2, Nothing Anywhere - Not plusnets fault that one. I just had to rant.

Hello georgealty, welcome to the forum.
What Router is it you are using? What are the IP addresses of the DNS being used?
How long has it been like this?
I'm a bit surprised that setting DNS on your devices still gives an issue.
Have you customised the Router settings in any way?

Apologies i was slow back on this (like 18 months slow) one day it just cleared up, and its been fine ever since!
