DNS Issues

Hello,
Having some major problems with DNS.
I'm getting this error, DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN, when trying to access a wide variety of websites on my PC and my phone, I can assume my tablet as well.
I have no idea what it is or what caused it.
I've tried flushing my DNS and I've used, netsh winsock reset catalog, as well. With no effect.
I've restarted and reset my router in the hopes of fixing it. I've haven't reset the modem and I won't until told.
Can someone please help me fix this?

Re: DNS Issues

I am having exactly the same problem some sites are accessible -  like Plusnet - others such as err Google are not.  Router reset no difference.

+1
PN phone says "due to a major service incident ..." and redirects people to their website. Yet their service status online says nothing.
Let's join up the dots PN. Shouldn't service status get updated FIRST ?
