DLM reset request

Hi I recently had an issue where I was getting disconnected once a day and my speeds dropped, someone from Openreach come out and fixed it thanks to PlusNet. The issue is now fixed and I no longer get disconnected unless its a manual reset (reboot router, turn off etc) but my speed is stuck around 35.00 Mbps as I used to get around 40-42 Mbps, as my speeds are fairly low this is pretty noticeable. It has been connected over 14 days without a single disconnect.

Hi @JheySL2, thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear you're having speed issues as of recent. I can see when testing over your connection from this side it looks like the profile on our suppliers side is currently banding your speeds as seen below which explains the maximum 35Mbps seen your side currently.

In which case, I've passed this over to the necessary faults team who can raise this issue with our suppliers and get the banding removed. There's usually a 3 working day turnaround for this type of issue however we're aware there's currently a backlog of requests that have been put through and not actions so this could take a little longer. I'll be sure to keep an eye on this post and update you once I have a better time frame on when this will be resolved for you.
