DLM required after new modem?

My line normally sync's at about 54mb however due to a WiFi issues with my router its being returned.
I'm temporarily using an old openreach ECI modem, this is sync'ing at at 30mb, I think this is expected because it doesn't support G.FAST or something.
Anyway I'm expecting a new modem today. When I plug this is will I need/benefit from a reset of my DLM profile?

I'm sync'ing a little faster but still not near my original speeds and certainly not worth paying for Fibre 'Extra'.
How do I get my profile tested and changed?

I would really like my profile tested/reset. I can't seem to find any "contact support" other than telephone plusnet.
Please can someone as plusnet at least acknowledge this and send a link to raise a support request?
I'm paying for fibre extra but not getting it.
