@Anoush, could you do the test on my line please, user name thetopflat.
I thought I had the same line length as @Browni but my speed is a lot lower (relatively!).
It's to do with the thread here... https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/PPP-LCP-Send-Termination-Request-User-request/m-p/1416...

@Anoush do you mind doing another test for me please? We have used to microwave occasionally but its been switched off most of the time.
I've attached my router stats too, is there anything that jumps out that is bad? I would have thought as I've been connected for, I think, 12 days now (i did disconnect when changing the power cable but kept it off for 45 min, in the hope that DLM would think it was user input rather than an error) My speeds might have improved. People on fibre that are around me are enjoying 70+ speeds still. There is about 10Mbps difference between my sync speed and my attainable speed too. The only thing that is improved is my upload is now back to fast, but my download as remained interleaved.
Maybe I just need to wait a while longer? Is it worth me doing a router reboot, or best left alone? I'm not really sure if it will automatically re sync?

@Anoush thanks for that.
I notice you said the interference is REIN but above that it stats "Repetitive Electrical Impulse Noise - not detected"
Where it says there is regular interference below it says no impact observed so I'm wondering if its even a problem? I'm at a loss to what it could be that's keeping my actual speeds at 55Mbps when I originally had 75Mbps and as I previously said people around me are getting around 75Mbps also.
Would a one off router reboot help or is that a big no no?
