DLM Reset

Hi, my connection speed has dropped from c. 30mbs to 12mbs. This is after a few power interruptions and work out in the road.... So it may be a bigger issue, but can I have a dlm reset and see where we go from there.

Hi russ, DLM resets aren't an option for us for fibre connections. I've just checked your account and I can see that the speed profile has since increased to 27600kbps so it looks to have improved since but do shout up if there's anything else we can help with.
