DLM Reset

Currently have 2 lines with yourselves on a new housing estate, we had a new cabinet installed 6-8 months or so ago which at the time caused havoc with both lines for a while resulting in DLM kicking in quite heavily.

One of the lines has now nicely resolved itself and is sitting on a 4db profile (kjw81)

The other line has been stuck at 44000 dead for a long time now on an 8db profile (kjwkjw81) does this line qualify for a DLM reset? If so can this be done please.

Thanks,

Kevin.

Re: DLM Reset

Hey @kjwkjw,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I've tested the line and there appears to be a banding on there - this usually usually happens when significant work is carried out on the line or DLM.

I've requested the line to unbanded, once accepted it can take up to 48 hours to process and complete. I've noted the account up just for visibility.

Thanks.

Re: DLM Reset

Hi,

That reset has gone through, so thank you very much for that!

One last thing however can you raise my IP profile please (I am on a static IP)

Thanks!

Kevin.

Re: DLM Reset

No problem @kjwkjw

I've just raised your profile back to what it should be.

Let us know if you need anything further.
