Hi,
I have just improved the internal cabling inside my new build house, but unfortunately due to major road finishing works I have been banded at 44000kbps.
Can you please arrange a DLM reset so that I can hopefully make use of the improvements I have made
Thanks,
Kevin.

Sorry to hear that. I've tested your line and you're not being banded by DLM.

As such a DLM reset wouldn't benefit you I'm afraid. In addition as the current speeds are within your estimates so they may not accept this as a fault.

It would help me! As i have just explained there has been a lot of work occuring in the area and I used to sync quite a bit higher.
Please request the DLM reset.
See the stats below, my attainable is nearly 60mbit i am stuck at a 10db profile at the moment!

I should also add that I am right at the lower end of the scale of acceptable speed based on my estimates.
Please request the DLM reset so that the finished wiring can bring me back to where I should be.
As you can see from my stats above my modem currently has the DS noise margin set at 10.6db! This was from when the bad wiring was in use.

I would agree that you are banded at 44Mbps. To have that exact sync speed and a SNRM of 10.5 dB is pretty conclusive evidence. I expect you have already tried a resync and it always syncs at that speed. The trouble is PlusNet look at the GEA test result and don't appear to realise it is not live data but is historic. Look at the time stamp on the test - 10:15 on the 13th of March, it is not a valid test to check your current line conditions. I had the same problem when I had a line fault and was obviously banded from the modem stats but PlusNet denied it. You will have to keep pushing for a DLM reset which they can now request without any engineer visit nonsense. Hopefully you should gain a bit of speed.

Thanks, I thought it was quite obvious that given my line stats the sync should be a lot higher!
Can someone from Plusnet please confirm I have been put onto the nightly DLM reset list?

Can someone from Plusnet please respond to this request? I have seen other replies from staff this morning but not to mine.
I am still connected at 44000kbps with a 10.6db noise margin. Attainable is currently showing 59209kbps.
Please can you arrange for a DLM reset to clear this stuck profile.
The multiple errors that I was experiencing before the re-wire have gone, please see stats below.

Guys seriously? Can you please action a DLM reset as part of the trial you are members of! Stats are still great and holding. I am missing speed that I am paying extra for. Unlimited Fibre EXTRA. Please ACTION this, you have ignored me and this post all week so far.
