DLM / IP Profile Reset Request

 
 

Dear Sirs,

 

Can I request a reset of my DLM IP Profile please.

 

I'd had some works done to my house and in the process the wiring for my phone line has been repaired and greatly improved so i'm keen to push it as far as I can.

 FYI Openreach checker estimates as follows for my line;

And my line is running below that which makes me thing a DLM Reset would be helpful.

PS Can anyone at plusnet advise about the move by Openreach to support a 3DB SNR on Fiber lines instead of the 6DB I'm currently on... Can you reset my SNR profile as well?Huh

U can't. As It's was controlled by DLM itself unless if PN can try to put u onto a trial FTTC Remotely Resetted DLM via BTw but only in a strictly manner because it part of the trial at the monent. Only PN will tell u.

 

They cannot adjusted SNR, removed banded, IP Profile reset. Only the fibre cabinet DLM will act on it own.
