DLM/GEA Check requested please

Hi,
Just switched over to Plusnet about 2 weeks ago but my speed has dropped by around 20% - from around 36/37Mb to 30/31.
It may be too early in terms of the DLM but can someone check what my DLM band is and also any GEA check?
Can my DLM be reset or forced up at all to try and match my previous speeds...?
My SNR is hovering around 6.
Thanks!

When you change provider Openreach reset the DLM to 6dB. If your line will support it then this should drop to around 3 with a resultant increase in speed. Unless your line is banded you just have to be patient and wait for it to update automatically.

Thanks for your post @mrshed.
On running a GEA test we can see that the SNR is currently at 3db with the banding for the line looking correct:

The only slight concern is that it's detected CrossTalk, however on testing the line further we aren't seeing anything that could be construed as an issue, with copper line tests showing clear.
We'd recommend giving it another week or so for the line speed to pick up.
