DLM Banding Check Please

During November we had a long frequent series of local power cuts due to a faulty street cable.

All in all it took them 6 weeks to find and replace the offending section.

Since then my download speed has gone from a max of 27Mbps down to 20Mbps but has now risen to 22Mbps. Can you tell if I'm banded or whether my speed may increase again over time.

Thanks

Hi @Kremmen

Here is a 30 day visual RADIUS for you;

You don't appear to be banded you are on 55/10 profile and you're syncing at 25.3Mbps  as can be seen here ;

There does seen to be some interference on the line, but it is not coming from the broadband side (as far as I can make out at the moment in time). I see we are not your Phone provider, could you please ask them to run a WLR3 test for you and tell me the results?

In the meantime, can you please confirm if you are connected to your Test Socket as things currently stand? If not, please can you set your connection up in this way? Info on how to do this can be found here

Thanks,

MoR

Re: DLM Banding Check Please

Excellent, thanks.

It does seem to be creeping up slowly. That 27 was a max, my normal used to be circa 24.
